Acceptance of Terms of Use: By downloading and using applications, the User agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between the user and the company regarding the use of the Prishaweb Digital Marketing application on Android and iOS devices. By accessing this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The company has the right to change, modify, add or remove any point of these terms and conditions by posting the amended terms. Please do visit this page periodically for checking any changes. When you are using Prishaweb Digital Marketing services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you are not agreeing to these terms and conditions, do not download and use this application for digital posters.

License Digital Posters and Festival post grants you non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application for your personal and commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Subscription Your Subscription to the Prishaweb Digital Marketing shall be valid for the accessible user and shall not automatically entitle you to access your account from a different geographical area unless specially permitted by the company.

Billing (If Applicable) By signing up to Prishaweb Digital Marketing service, you are agreeing that the authority have rights to charge you subscription fee as per your selected plan. Any payment mode will be accepted by the company that you provided during registration. If your payment method expires and you do not edit the payment method, you authorize company to continue billing and you will remain responsible for any pending amounts. In the terms and condition, “Billing” indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable against your payment method. The Plan fee will be charged at the beginning of your subscription. Thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription or the service is otherwise suspended or discontinued to these terms.

Restrictions User must agree to not do any tolerance for objectionable content. This mobile application can only be used by persons 18+ years of age. If we receive any unwanted material and misconduct from your account, we may permanently remove your id without any hesitation.

Modifications to Application Digital Posters and festival images reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination These terms and conditions shall remain in effect until terminated by you. Prishaweb Digital Marketing may, in its sole discretion at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this agreement with or without prior notice. You can also terminate this agreement by deleting the application and all copies from your mobile device or from your desktop. If we find any misuse or modification of our content outside Prishaweb Digital Marketing app then we may permanently remove your account without any prior notice or communication. You have only rights to modify banner or images inside app. You dont have rights to sell images created from Prishaweb Digital Marketing to other person.

Amendments of this Agreement Prishaweb Digital Marketing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 5 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
